许多研究都表明神经干细胞具有再生和修复中枢神经系统神经损伤的能力。采用有效的无创伤性技术来监测和追踪干细胞移植治疗的效果将对其在动物实验研究和临床应用方面起到促进作用。通过用细胞标记试剂标记干细胞,可以活体显示移植至脑内的干细胞并进而揭示干细胞在脑内的迁移情况。活体追踪神经干细胞的迁移将有助于我们选择最优的移植策略和了解干细胞促进神经功能恢复的机理。本文对目前在神经干细胞移植领域能够用于干细胞迁移追踪的标记物质种类和应用前景进行回顾和展望。
Numerous studies have shown that neural stem cells have the capacity to regenerate and repair nerve damage in the central nervous system. The use of effective noninvasive techniques to monitor and track the efficacy of stem cell transplantation will play a catalytic role in animal studies and clinical applications. By labeling stem cells with a cell labeling reagent, the stem cells transplanted into the brain can be displayed live to reveal the migration of stem cells in the brain. Tracking the migration of neural stem cells in vivo will help us to select the optimal transplantation strategy and understand the mechanism by which stem cells promote neurological recovery. This article reviews and looks at the types and potential applications of marker substances currently available for stem cell migration tracking in the field of neural stem cell transplantation.
