研究了以低纯度蒸馏Gd为原料制备的Gd_5Si_(1.85)Ge_(2.15)合金的磁性相变性质和磁热效应。蒸馏Gd的杂质含量为O:0.0160%(质量百分数);C:0.0054%(质量百分数);N:0.0016%(质量百分数),低于普通商用Gd,高于高纯Gd。对Gd_5Si_(1.85)Ge_(2.15)合金的X射线衍射和交流磁化率测试表明,Gd_5Si_(1.85)Ge_(2.15)合金在253K存在一级磁性相变;从磁性相变附近的磁化曲线结果得到的最大磁熵变化为12.5J/kg·K。
The magnetic phase transition and magnetocaloric effect of Gd_5Si_ (1.85) Ge_ (2.15) alloy prepared from low purity Gd as raw material were studied. Distilled Gd impurities O: 0.0160% (mass percentage); C: 0.0054% (mass percentage); N: 0.0016% (mass percentage), lower than the ordinary commercial Gd, higher than the high purity Gd.
