以半工半读和建立贫困家庭学生资助体系这两种方式惠及职校生的力度和范围目前还很有局限。国家在制度的设计上应该走得更远一些,直接实行免费职业教育,由财政名正言顺地来“埋单”。
At present, there are still some limitations on the extent to which vocational and vocational school students are benefited from the two methods of half-time work and the establishment of a student financial aid system for poor families. The state should go farther in the design of the system and implement free vocational education directly, with the fiscal justification for “paying bills.”
