作为一线教师,在实际教学中,我们可以发现同等年龄、同样教师甚至在同一个课堂里上课的学生,尽管接受的是同样的教育,但是学习成绩和学习能力却参差不齐。不少家长教师将这种差异归咎为学生之间的智力差别。认为聪明孩子学习好,而成绩不好的孩子自然就不聪明。这样的结论难免过于武断。根据研究表明除了少数天才和弱智等极端情况外,大多数孩子在智商上的差别并不大。也就是说,聪明与否并不是构成学习差异的主要原因。笔者认为这种差异的关键在于学习兴趣的培养。特别是小学阶段,知识难度不高,只要认真学、喜欢学,自然就可以学好学懂。但是如果孩子不喜欢这些内容,或是教师讲课太枯燥,自然无法抓住孩子的兴趣点,成绩不高也就不奇怪了。所以,激发学生的兴趣是提高低年级学生学习成绩的关键。

Especially in the primary school stage, the difficulty of knowledge is not high, as long as serious study, like learning, naturally you can learn to learn. But if the kids do not like the content, or the teacher lectures too boring, naturally can not seize the children’s points of interest, the results are not high is not surprising. Therefore, to stimulate student interest is to improve the academic performance of lower grades key.
