为研制一种防膨胀软岩注浆材料以满足膨胀性软岩巷道注浆加固的需求。通过室内试验,研究注浆材料的密度、析水率、凝结时间、流动度、结石体强度等主要性能参数。通过现场试验,研究注浆材料对膨胀性软岩巷道围岩的注浆加固性能。研究结果表明:当注浆材料的水灰比为0.5∶1,添加剂比率为5‰时,注浆材料的主要性能参数最优;该注浆材料能有效提高破碎膨胀性软岩的强度,改善膨胀性软岩巷道围岩的特性,防止软岩巷道围岩在注浆时发生吸水膨胀变形,是一种较好的防软岩膨胀注浆材料。
In order to develop a kind of anti-swelling soft rock grouting material to meet the needs of grouting reinforcement of expansive soft rock roadway. Through laboratory tests, the main performance parameters of grouting material such as density, water-cut rate, setting time, fluidity and stone body strength were studied. Through the field test, the grouting reinforcement of grouting material on surrounding rock of expansive soft rock roadway was studied. The results show that the main performance parameters of the grouting material are the best when the water-cement ratio of the grouting material is 0.5:1 and the additive ratio is 5 ‰. The grouting material can effectively improve the strength of the rock mass with broken expansibility and improve The characteristics of surrounding rock of expansive soft rock roadway prevent the surrounding rock of soft rock roadway from absorbing and expanding deformation during grouting, which is a better anti-soft rock expansion grouting material.
