介绍了城市轨道车辆牵引试验系统的测试与调速控制。利用Labview(虚拟仪器)技术对测试与实时控制系统进行了软件开发,设计了控制系统方案,研究分析了进口城轨车辆ATO(列车自动驾驶)运行程序编制机理。提出了一种基于试验平台的ATO控制方法,并通过运行曲线分析证明了该控制方法的可行性。所建试验平台对提高城轨牵引系统的检修维护质量具有实际指导意义。
The test and speed control of traction test system for urban rail vehicles are introduced. The software of test and real-time control system was developed by Labview (virtual instrument) technology and the control system was designed. The programming mechanism of ATO (automatic train driving) operation of imported urban rail vehicles was studied and analyzed. An ATO control method based on experimental platform is proposed. The feasibility of this control method is proved by running curve analysis. The test platform built has practical guiding significance for improving the quality of maintenance and repair of the urban rail traction system.
