根据某暗挖车站TBM过站的工程实际,将“先拱后墙分部开挖法”应用到重庆地铁大跨暗挖车站设计中。按破损阶段法对车站初期支护强度进行验算,并进行安全系数评价;对二次衬砌采用破损阶段法设计原理,建立荷载-结构模型进行模拟分析,并对混凝土抗裂进行验算;施工工序采用二维地层-结构模型进行有限元模拟,得出定性的结论;结果表明,重庆地区类似工程采用“先拱后墙分部开挖法”施工大跨暗挖车站安全可行,结论对城市地铁设计和施工具有参考与指导意义。
According to a tunnel excavation station TBM station engineering practice, the “first arch back wall Division Excavation Law” applied to the design of Chongqing subway span excavation station. According to the method of damaged stage, the initial support strength of the station is checked, and the safety factor is evaluated. The design principle of the damaged stage of the secondary lining is adopted, and the load-structure model is established to simulate and analyze the cracking resistance of the concrete. 2D stratigraphy and structure model, the conclusion is drawn qualitatively. The results show that it is safe and feasible for similar projects in Chongqing area to adopt the method of " Subway design and construction with reference and guidance.
