文章分析了火电厂卸煤沟渗漏原因,采用膨胀剂作自防水混凝土新材料,对结构混凝土冷缩与干缩进行联合补偿,达到防裂抗渗目的。建立补偿收缩计算模型和膨胀当量温差概念,用极限应变计算代替传统的温度应力计算。结合工程实际,对FN-M型膨胀剂的性能及膨胀剂与防冻剂复合使用的效果进行了论述。认为采用膨胀剂可将卸煤沟伸缩缝间距延长到60m。
This paper analyzes the causes of leakage in the coal unloading trench of thermal power plants, uses swelling agent as a new material for self-waterproof concrete, and jointly compensates the shrinkage and shrinkage of structural concrete to achieve the purpose of crack prevention and anti-seepage. The concept of compensation and contraction calculation model and the temperature difference of the expansion equivalent are established, and the ultimate temperature strain calculation is replaced by the ultimate strain calculation. In combination with practical engineering, the performance of FN-M type expansion agent and the effect of the combined use of expansion agent and antifreeze agent are discussed. It is believed that the use of expansion agent can extend the distance between expansion joints of unloading trench to 60m.
