中西部(新疆,青海,甘肃,陕西,宁夏,河南,山西)7省区是我国重要的有色金属产区。以1998年为例,中西部7省区有色金属工业总产值、10种有色金属总产量、六种有色金属矿产量分别占全国的24.6％、28.3％和22.3％。1998年9月,中共中央在十五届四中全会上做出了开发中西部地区的战略性部署,这将有力地改善中西部地区的投资环境,中西部各省区如何抓住这个历史机遇,促使本省、本地区有色金属工业健康稳步的发展,是一个值得关注的话题。本文根据中西部7省区有色金属工业,尤其是地方有色金属工业的现状和存在的问题,提出了几点发展建议,供有关部门参考。
Midwest (Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Henan, Shanxi) 7 provinces and autonomous regions is China’s important non-ferrous metal producing areas. Taking 1998 as an example, the gross output value of nonferrous metals, the total output of 10 non-ferrous metals and the total amount of 6 non-ferrous metals in the 7 central and western provinces account for 24.6%, 28.3% and 22.3% of the national total respectively. In September 1998, the CPC Central Committee made a strategic deployment of developing the central and western regions at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, which will effectively improve the investment environment in the central and western regions. How will central and western provinces and seizes this historic opportunity, Promote the province, the non-ferrous metal industry in the region healthy and steady development, is a topic of concern. Based on the current situation and existing problems of the nonferrous metals industry in seven central and western provinces, especially the local nonferrous metals industry, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of the nonferrous metals industry for the reference of relevant departments.
