2003年12月13日,“山鹰”/JL9新型高级教练机首飞仪式在贵州航空工业(集团)公司双阳飞机制造厂机场隆重举行。国防科工委、总装备部、空军、海军、贵州省等有关部门的领导及中航一集团党组书记、总经理刘高倬出席了首飞仪式。中航一集团常务副总经理杨育中宣读各单位贺信、贺电并宣布首飞仪式开始。
December 13, 2003, “Eagle” / JL9 first advanced trainer aircraft ceremony was held at the airport of Guizhou Airlines (Group) Co., Ltd. Shuangyang aircraft factory was held. National Defense Commission of Science and Technology, the General Armament Department, the Air Force, the Navy, Guizhou Province and other relevant departments and the party secretary and general manager Liu Gaotong attended the first flight ceremony.
