目前,大众文化软实力在全球化语境中发挥着越来越重要的作用,它不仅是参与全球竞争的一种实力的体现,也是在有着文化差异的各民族国家之间促进对话交往的使者。随着大众文化逐渐成为市民文化的主流,看电视、看电影、听通俗歌曲已经成为人们日常生活不可缺少的一部分。全球信息化的加速,公共广场的出现,使大众文化成为沟通世界的媒介。不论在国内还是国外,大众文化的软实力都发挥着越来越显著的作用并受到人们关注。目前来说,大众文化软实力具有建构社会意识形态、建构价值观念、建构公共领域、弘扬传统文化典范、沟通本土与世界、促进社会革新进步等作用。
At present, the soft power of mass culture plays an increasingly important role in the context of globalization. It is not only an embodiment of participating in the global competition but also an envoy to promote dialogue and exchanges among various ethnic groups with cultural differences . As popular culture has gradually become the mainstream of citizen culture, watching television, watching movies and listening to popular songs has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. The acceleration of global information and the appearance of public squares have made mass culture a medium for communication. Both at home and abroad, the soft power of mass culture is playing an increasingly significant role and attracts people’s attention. At present, the soft power of mass culture possesses the role of building social ideology, building values, building public areas, promoting traditional culture, communicating with local communities and the rest of the world, and promoting social innovation and progress.
