为在设计开发时准确把握服务机器人复杂多样的用户需求,结合相关研究案例,确定了基于模糊Kano模型的研究方法。通过模糊Kano问卷调查与分析,将产品的质量要素进行划分,以准确、客观地反映用户的实际需求,从而获得用户的重点需求质量要素。以某景区游客服务机器人为例,将相关重点需求质量要素进行设计应用,提出造型设计方案,从而提供更为适用的产品特性,也为同类产品的用户需求研究提供参考。
In order to accurately grasp the needs of users with complicated and diverse service robots during the design and development, the research methods based on the fuzzy Kano model are determined based on the relevant research cases. Through the fuzzy Kano questionnaire and analysis, the quality of the product is divided to accurately and objectively reflect the actual needs of users, so as to obtain the quality of the key elements of the user’s needs. Taking a tourist service robot in a certain scenic spot as an example, this paper designs and applies the key elements of the quality of the relevant requirements and puts forward the design scheme of the design to provide a more suitable product characteristic and provide a reference for the research of user requirements of similar products.
