为改善采用传统作业模式在地铁隧道进行三维激光扫描变形监测的不足,详细阐述综合应用Amberg GRP 5000三维激光扫描系统和高精度自动全站仪对地铁运营隧道进行变形监测的"绝对测量"方法。通过三维点云对比和提取若干断面对比分析计算,验证扫描精度满足监测要求。结果表明:试验段隧道结构和轨道均无明显变形,地铁隧道处于安全状态。该方法在保证监测精度的同时能大幅减少人工工作量,可实现地铁隧道全断面三维变
