Objective To investigate the characteristic changes of chromosomal aberrations in human peripheral blood lymphocytes caused by occupational harmful factors such as lead, cadmium and arsenic. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) of professional workers and normal controls were collected for 72 hours. The types of chromosomal aberrations and their characteristics were observed. The results showed that when the concentration of lead arsenic was less than 0 1 mg / L, there was no chromophore exchange and staining of arsenic Concentration of 0 2 ~ 0 4mg / L chromatid exchange rate of cell aberration was 1 2 4%. Conclusion The increase of chromatid exchange rate is closely related to the concentration of arsenic and arsenic, and whether arsenic can be used as the main reason of chromatid exchange needs further study
