近年来,企业改革力度加大,内部产业结构、组织结构和队伍结构大幅度调整,给企业工会工作带来了前所未有的困难与挑战。面对新形势,企业工会必须清醒地认识和研究当前工会工作遇到的新问题,切实把自身建设成为组织健全、制度完善、维权到位、服务有力、作用明显,党委靠的住、行政离不开、职工信得过的基层工会组织,不断探索出新形势需要的企业工会工作新路子。
In recent years, the reform of enterprises has been intensified. The drastic adjustment of the internal industrial structure, organizational structure and team structure has brought unprecedented difficulties and challenges to the work of trade unions in enterprises. Faced with the new situation, the trade unions of enterprises must clearly understand and study the new problems encountered in the work of the trade unions so that they can effectively build themselves into a well-organized and well-functioning system with rights protection in place, strong service and obvious functions. At the grassroots-level trade union organizations open and trustworthy by workers, they have been constantly exploring new ways for the trade union to work in enterprises required by the new situation.
