一、项目简介苯胺是重要的化工原料,主要用于医药和橡胶硫化促进剂,也是制造树脂和涂料的原料。本技术适合于由硝基苯经活性铜催化氢化制备和氯苯及氨在高温和氧化铜催化剂存在下反应得到的苯胺粗液的分离与提纯。本技术分硝基苯的精制和苯胺精制两大部分。分别采用三塔连续精馏技术,反应粗液经初馏、精制和汽提后得到纯度很高的硝基苯和苯胺产品。
First, the project Aniline is an important chemical raw materials, mainly used for pharmaceutical and rubber vulcanization accelerator, but also the manufacture of resins and coatings raw materials. The technology is suitable for the separation and purification of aniline crude liquid obtained by the catalytic hydrogenation of nitrobenzene by active copper and the reaction of chlorobenzene and ammonia in the presence of high temperature and copper oxide catalyst. The technology of nitrobenzene refined and aniline refined two parts. Respectively using three towers continuous distillation technology, the crude reaction after the first distillation, refining and stripping to obtain high purity nitrobenzene and aniline products.
