For a school, the principal is the leader, the brain, and the soul; for the education of an area, the principal is the vanguard of the general education front. The quality of the principals, how they work, and how their mental outlook will directly affect the status and prospects of a school; what the principals think, the problems faced by the principals will undoubtedly also directly reflect the education of a region. The status quo and the problems faced. We arbitrarily selected several primary and secondary school principals from the general education front line in our city and interviewed them in written questions. This includes rural schools, town schools, key schools, and ordinary schools. We strive to reflect comprehensiveness. The principals’ answers can be exchanged with more principals, and they can also give teachers more information and understanding, and they can also give the referees a reference. In our interview, most headmasters twitched us for answers in our busy schedules, which touched us; but unfortunately, several principals who were originally within the scope of our interviews were not able to “hand in” in a timely manner due to various reasons. . The principals are too busy. We understand.
