对一所学校来说，校长是领头羊，是大脑，是灵魂；对于一个地区的教育来说，校长则是普教战线上的排头兵。校长们的素质如何，工作状态如何，精神面貌如何，将直接影响到一所学校的现状和前途；校长们的所思所想，校长们面临的种种问题，无疑也直接反映了一个地区的教育现状和面临的诸多问题。我们随意选取了我市普教战线上的几位中小学校长，并以书面提问的方式对他们进行了采访。这其中有农村校，也有城镇校，有重点校，也有普通校。我们力求能反映全面。校长们的回答，既可以与更多的校长们交流，也可以让为师者多一些了解和理解，还可以让主政者有一个参考。 在我们的采访中，大多数校长百忙中抽暇为我们作答，让我们感动；但令人遗憾的是，原本在我们采访范围内的几位校长，因种种原因，最后没能及时“交卷”。校长们太忙了，我们理解。

This includes rural schools, town schools, key schools, and ordinary schools. We strive to reflect comprehensiveness. The principals’ answers can be exchanged with more principals, and they can also give teachers more information and understanding, and they can also give the referees a reference. In our interview, most headmasters twitched us for answers in our busy schedules, which touched us; but unfortunately, several principals who were originally within the scope of our interviews were not able to “hand in” in a timely manner due to various reasons. . The principals are too busy. We understand.
