本文研究了5CrMnMo钢热锻模具强韧化处理对组织形态与性能的关系。试验表明:适当提高淬火加热温度,可获得以板条马氏体为主的组织。并得到以塑性断裂为主的断裂特征,显著改善和提高钢的断裂韧性K(10),使模具寿命大幅度增高。在500℃长时间回火条件下,可获得最佳的K_(10)值。通过碳化物的球化和消除片状马氏体内的孪晶亚结构进一步改善钢的K_(16),以提高断裂过程中塑性断裂的比例。
In this paper, the relationship between the morphology and properties of 5CrMnMo steel hot forging dies was studied. Experiments show that: appropriate to raise the quenching temperature, lath martensite can be obtained based organizations. And fracture characteristics of the main plastic fracture, significantly improve and improve the fracture toughness of steel K (10), so that a substantial increase in die life. Under the conditions of tempering at 500 ℃ for a long time, the best value of K_ (10) can be obtained.
