目的介绍电荷转移反应与荧光光谱法联用在药物分析中的应用。方法对近期国内外的相关文献予以检索,分类,整理。结果形成荷移复合物后药物荧光光谱得到显著增强。同时应用同步荧光,导数同步荧光可以消除体液干扰,对体液不须经预处理可以直接测定其中药物的含量。结论荷移反应与荧光光谱法联用,简便快速,方法准确,灵敏度高,检测限低,使其在药物分析尤其在痕量分析及体内药物分析中有着良好的前景。
Objective To introduce the application of charge transfer reaction and fluorescence spectrometry in drug analysis. Methods To retrieve, classify and arrange the relevant literature at home and abroad recently. Results The formation of charge-transfer complex drug fluorescence spectra were significantly enhanced. Simultaneous application of synchronous fluorescence and derivative synchronous fluorescence can eliminate the humoral interference, so that the body fluid can be measured directly without pretreatment. Conclusion The combination of charge-shift reaction and fluorescence spectrometry is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and low in detection limit. It has good prospects in drug analysis, especially in trace analysis and in vivo drug analysis.
