为了便于在钻探施工中随时观察和掌握冲洗液的流量,我们试制了一台晶体管流量仪。该仪器是根据测量矩形堰的水头高度求得流量的方法,而将矩形堰的水头高度转换成电容量的大小,然后再将电容值通过电表显示。仪器附有报警装置,当冲洗液流量低于规定的某一值时,便自动发出讯响或灯光讯号。该仪器由一般电讯元件装置而成。具有材料易找、加工简便、成本低、使用方便等特点。适于自制。
