用碱金属阳离子(Na+、K+)交换改性后的丝光沸石作催化剂,研究其在甲醇气相胺化合成甲胺反应中的催化性能。结果表明,该催化剂对二甲胺具有较高的选择性和活性。用氨-胺混合物(氨一甲胺三甲胺=82.91%13.25%3.84%(质量))与甲醇反应时,在N/C(原子比)=2.5—4.0、温度300—320℃、压力1.8MPa、空速1500—2500h-1条件下,反应产物中一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺之质量比可达36.07%,48.71%和15.22%,甲醇转化率大于95%。用光电子能谱技术对催化剂进行表征,从而对催化剂的二甲胺高选择性提出了解释
The modified mordenite catalyst was exchanged with alkali metal cation (Na +, K +) to study its catalytic performance in the gas phase amination of methanol to methylamine. The results show that the catalyst has higher selectivity and activity for dimethylamine.
