从宁夏回族自治区的土壤和野外感病死亡昆虫体上分离培养了13 种( 菌株) 天牛病原真菌,利用其中12 个菌种( 菌株) 对光肩星天牛幼虫进行致病力测定,初步筛选出了球孢白僵菌和金龟子绿僵菌等5 个对光肩星天牛幼虫具有较强致病力的菌种( 菌株) ,其中球孢白僵菌最高致病死亡率达100 % ,金龟子绿僵菌致病死亡率为70 % .利用球孢白僵菌和引进的日本布氏白僵菌,对光肩星天牛的成虫进行致病力测定,日本布氏白僵菌致病死亡率达78 .3 % .利用无纺布培养布氏白僵菌,网箱内防治光肩星天牛成虫的试验显示,带菌无纺布枝挂法对成虫的感染率为12 .5 % .影响其效果的因素较多,其中湿度、无纺布上菌种分生孢子产生的数量是影响感染试验的主要因素.
Thirteen species (pathogenicity) of pathogen were isolated and cultured from soil and field-dead insects in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
