1994年5月至1997年5月用舒喘灵加敏迪治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘45例,取得了满意的效果,现报告如下。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 全部病例均为儿科门诊患者,咳嗽变异型哮喘诊断标准按1993年全国儿科哮喘协作组所订标准共85例。将患儿随机分成两组。治疗组45例,男27例,女18例。对照组40例,男24例,女16例。两组患儿临床症状、化验检查等阳性率,经统计学处理均无显著差异。年龄最小1岁7个月,最大12岁,其中1～3岁31例,～7岁40例,～12岁14例。 1.2治疗方法 治疗组:舒喘灵每次0.1mg/kg,每日3次口服,敏迪每次1～1.5mg,每日2次口服,共服药4周。对照组:氨茶碱每次5mg/kg,每日3次口服,复方甘草合剂等,疗程共4周。
From May 1994 to May 1997, 45 cases of pediatric cough variant asthma were treated with Salbutamol plus Mitel, and satisfactory results were obtained. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information All cases were pediatric outpatient, cough variant asthma diagnostic criteria according to the National Pediatric Asthma Coordination Group in 1993 set a total of 85 cases. The children were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 45 cases, 27 males and 18 females. Control group 40 cases, 24 males and 16 females. Two groups of children with clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and other positive rates, the statistical analysis showed no significant difference. The youngest 1 year and 7 months, maximum 12 years old, including 1 to 3 years in 31 cases, ~ 7 years in 40 cases, ~ 12 years in 14 cases. 1.2 Treatment group: Salbutamol each 0.1mg / kg, 3 times a day orally, Mitel 1 ~ 1.5mg each time, 2 times a day orally for a total of 4 weeks. Control group: aminophylline each 5mg / kg, 3 times a day orally, compound licorice mixture, a total of 4 weeks.
