研究了镁合金AZ91HP、AM50HP、AM20HP和铝合金AlSigCu3在高压力下的充型与凝固过程,结果表明,镁合金的充型能力比铝合金约低25%~50%;随铝含量的递减,三种镁合金的充型能力依次降低数值模拟结果显示,镁合金在凝固发生之前具有与铝合金相同的充型能力,但凝固发生之后镁合金的流动性急剧下降,其原因是镁合金相变潜热比铝合金低在镁合金压铸工艺过程中,应当选择较高的充型速度,如果工艺参数设计得当,镁合金将表现出比铝合金更好的压铸工艺性能
The filling and solidification processes of magnesium alloy AZ91HP, AM50HP, AM20HP and AlSigCu3 under high pressure were studied. The results show that the filling capacity of magnesium alloy is about 25% ~ 50% lower than that of aluminum alloy.
