目的分析和探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)在由HPV感染而发生宫颈癌患者表达情况,进一步对临床治疗宫颈癌疾病提供理论指导。方法选取2013年10月-2015年10月在医院接受治疗60例由HPV感染而发生宫颈癌的患者作为研究对象,将正常宫颈上皮细胞作为对照组,宫颈癌变细胞作为观察组,各60份;比较两组患者MPC-1的表达情况,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组MCP表达为阳性的标本所占比例是71.67%,对照组MCP表达为阳性所占比例是35.00%;观察组患者中强阳性和阳性所占的比例明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌细胞中,MCP-1的表达率明显高于其他组织细胞,MCP-1在HPV感染导致的宫颈癌发展过程中起着重要作用,MCP-1给合临床早期诊断宫颈癌提供帮助。
Objective To analyze and explore the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in cervical cancer patients infected by HPV, and to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of cervical cancer. Methods From October 2013 to October 2015, 60 patients with cervical cancer who were infected by HPV were treated in the hospital from October 2013 to October 2015. The normal cervical epithelial cells were taken as the control group and the cervical cancerous cells were taken as the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The expression of MPC-1 was compared between the two groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results The positive expression rate of MCP in observation group was 71.67%, while the positive expression of MCP in control group was 35.00%. The ratio of strong positive and positive in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of MCP-1 in cervical cancer cells is significantly higher than that in other tissues. MCP-1 plays an important role in the development of cervical cancer caused by HPV infection. MCP-1 is helpful for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer .
