我们身体每天所需要的养料,是蛋白质、脂肪、醣类、维生素、水、盐类(礦物质)等几种东西,这几种东西,都是从我们每天所吃的饮食物当中得来的。我们每天吃的米饭或面食,它所含的成份大部分是醣类,一部分是植物性蛋白质和脂肪,至於维生素和盐类,含量极少,不够应用,所以我们非要苒吃其它食物如蔬菜等,加以补充。所吃的蔬菜,可分栽培的和野生的两种。有许多人,因为习惯上、主观上的关系,总认为栽培的蔬菜比野菜好,所以多喜欢吃栽培的蔬菜,而不喜欢吃野菜。但是
