人力资源作为企业的第一资源已成为了企业竞争的焦点,越来越多的企业已经意识到人力资源规划和管理对实现企业战略目标的重要意义,这也决定了企业在战略管理中,必须将人力资源规划与管理至于重要地位。文章从企业战略管理层面,阐述了在企业战略发展过程中人力资源规划所起的作用,并分析了企业在人力资源规划方面存在的问题,结合企业战略就如何解决相关问题提出了建设性的建议。
