学习动机是激发个体进行学习活动、维持已引起的学习活动,并使行为朝向一定学习目标的一种内在过程或内部心理状态。对于民办高职院校而言,许多学生出现学习动机缺乏、不端正、动力不足等情况,以至于学生出现旷课、厌学等现象。本文将从高职院校学生学习动机存在的问题入手,对学生学习动机产生问题的原因进行探讨,并根据教育学和心理学的相关理论和知识提出学习动机培养的途径。 Learning motivation is to stimulate individual learning activities, to maintain the learning activities have been caused, and make the behavior toward a certain learning objectives of an internal process or internal psychological state. For private higher vocational colleges, many students appear lack of motivation, lack of discipline and lack of motivation so that students may absenteeism and weariness. This article starts with the problems existing in students ’learning motivation in higher vocational colleges, probes into the causes of students’ learning motivation problems, and puts forward the ways to cultivate learning motivation according to the theories and knowledge of pedagogy and psychology.
