本试验通过对11个野生黑木耳菌株的驯化栽培,初步迭出了07号优良菌株。该菌林每立方米耳木产木耳21.0千克,比对照(19.7千克)高1.3千克,与对照之间差异显著,与其它10个菌株相比差异极显著。在质量和抗逆性方面分别护近和优于对照.更优于其它菌株。试验表明,利用本地区野生黑木耳资源筛迭适合本地区栽培的优良品种的方法是可行的。
In this experiment, 11 strains of wild black fungus were domestically cultivated, and 07 excellent strains were initially populated.
