基于经典的压电学第一、第二类方程,引入铁电体中普遍存在的电致伸缩效应,本文导出了电可控机电耦合特性的关系式,该式表明电可控机电耦合效应主要起源于铁电体的电致伸缩效应;电致伸缩效应愈强,可控范围愈大;具有弥散相变的铁电体可控范围要远大于尖锐相变的铁电体.理论结果和实验相一致.
Based on the classical first and second equations of piezoelectricity, the electrostrictive effect that is common in ferroelectrics is introduced. In this paper, we derive the relationship between the electromechanically-controlled electromechanical coupling characteristics, which shows that the electromechanical coupling effect is mainly Originated in the electrostrictive effect of ferroelectrics; the stronger the electrostrictive effect, the greater the controllable range; the controllable range of the ferroelectrics with the dispersed phase transition is much larger than the sharp phase transition ferroelectrics. The theoretical result is consistent with the experiment.
