替代无缝钛管的焊接钛管应用性能研究

研究了焊接钛管的胀接性能、承压能力、振动抗疲劳等应用性能,并与同管径的无缝钛管应用性能进行了对比。结果表明:采用同样的胀接压力的情况下,钛焊管的拉脱力高于无缝钛管;耐压试验,打压至压力容器最高设计压力35 MPa,保压3 min,钛焊管和无缝管均未发生破裂;振动试验,钛焊管和钛无缝管在同等条件下,均未发生振动疲劳破坏。 The application performance of welded titanium tube, such as expansion joint, bearing capacity and vibration fatigue resistance, was studied and compared with that of seamless titanium tube with same diameter. The results show that with the same expansion pressure, the pull-out force of titanium welded pipe is higher than that of seamless titanium pipe. Under the pressure test, the maximum pressure of the pressure vessel is 35 MPa and the pressure is maintained for 3 min. No rupture occurred; Vibration test, titanium welded pipe and titanium seamless pipe under the same conditions, no vibration fatigue damage.
