介绍了火灾后钢结构的检测与评定技术研究的发展现状,并提出了基于火灾后钢结构损伤现状对其进行检测与评定的步骤、方法,着重阐述了火灾后钢结构的变形、力学性能与化学成分分析、节点区域的检测、火灾后构件与结构的承载能力分析,同时,提出了火灾后钢结构的检测与评定技术的不确定性等存在的问题。
