国道227线(宁张公路)大坂山隧道进口海拔3792.75米,以2.8%的纵坡降至出口为3749.91米,为目前我国乃至欧亚大陆海拔最高的道路隧道。地质情况复杂,隧道从多年冻土与季节冻土临界线穿过;围岩软弱破碎,在隧道全长1530米中,二类围岩560米,三类围岩380米,占61.5%;地下水丰富,从防寒泄水洞排出的水量看,暖季达20m~3/小时,寒季10m~3/小时,冬令期长达218天。在这样的条件下修建公路隧道,工程艰巨,且无成功经验借鉴,其中防冻害是大坂山隧道成败的关键。为此在设计上尽可能地采
