刀具的整体结构、几何形状都会直接影响工件加工质量和刀具使用寿命。以车刀为研究对象,在有限元软件下模拟加载,得到了静态情况下刀具内部应力应变分布;通过模拟切削过程中材料分离,得到了刀具变化的应力分布情况。分析结果为加工过程中合理选择刀具,改善刀具内部受力状态等提供理论依据,也为研究其它刀具提供了技术实施途径。
The overall structure of the tool, the geometry will directly affect the quality of the workpiece processing and tool life. Taking the turning tool as the research object, the stress and strain distribution inside the tool under static condition was obtained by simulating loading under finite element software. The stress distribution of the tool was obtained by simulating the material separation during cutting. The results provide a theoretical basis for selecting the tool properly and improving the internal stress state of the tool during the processing, and also provide the technical implementation method for studying other tools.
