测定了国家队部分运动员的血浆硒、MDA的含量和GSH-PX活性以及红细胞硒和MDA的含量。结果显示:进行体力性训练的运动员的硒营养状况优于非体力性训练的运动员,他们体内的脂质过氧化程度较低。运动员的血浆硒水平和血浆GSH-PX活性呈轻度正相关关系(r=0.36,P<0.05)。我们暂选定使血浆GSH-PX活性达到饱和的血浆硒含量70ng/ml为评价机体硒营养状况的参考水平,发现在被调查的运动员中有18.3%的人血浆硒含量低于70ng/ml,提示这些运动员可能存在着硒营养不足。
The plasma selenium and MDA contents, GSH-PX activity, erythrocyte selenium and MDA content of some athletes in the national team were measured. The results showed that selenium nutritional status of athletes who performed physical training was better than that of non-physical training athletes, and their body lipid peroxidation was low. There was a mild positive correlation between plasma selenium levels and plasma GSH-PX activity in athletes (r = 0.36, P <0.05). We tentatively set the plasma selenium content of saturated plasma GSH-PX activity 70ng / ml for the evaluation of selenium nutritional status of the reference level and found that 18.3% of the athletes were investigated plasma selenium content of less than 70ng / ml, suggesting that these athletes may have selenium undernutrition.
