采用颈侧切开置管引流方法治疗婴幼儿巨大急性咽后脓肿 5例 ,结果例 1、例 2开始采用常规的咽后脓肿切开排脓等综合治疗 2 9天、2 1天病情未得到缓解 ,改用颈侧切开置管引流 2 1、18天后而获愈。后 3例诊后即分别行颈侧切开置管引流等综合治疗 19、15、17天获愈。认为颈侧切开置管引流是治疗婴幼儿巨大急性咽后脓肿的最好方法 ,病程短 ,疗效肯定 5 cases of huge acute pharyngeal abscess in infants and young children were treated with open lateral neck drainage method.
