以两个负压二级生物安全实验室为例,分析了实验室的功能分区与平面布局、通风空调方式、气流组织、送排风系统等关键控制点的设计。建议核心工作间(动物室)划分相对清洁侧和相对污染侧;设置缓冲间、更衣室和准备间;通风空调采用全空气直流系统;整体气流由清洁区流向核心工作间(动物室),核心工作间(动物室)气流由相对清洁侧流向污染侧;送风采用粗、中、高三级过滤,排风采用一级高效过滤;生物安全柜单独排风;IVC动物笼具和负压柜的排风并入实验室排风系统;设置备用排风机。
