目前各种高分子材料已经广泛应用于人们的生产生活中。高分子材料功能与其浸润性、吸附性等表面性能息息相关。为了获得性能更高的高分子材料,人们相继开发出各种针对高分子材料的表面改性技术,其中最具有前途的就是低温等离子体处理技术。本文主要介绍低温等离子体对高分子材料表面改性的原理、方法及主要影响因素,并着重介绍低温等离子体处理的时效性以及低温等离子体提高材料表面亲水性的未来展望。
At present, a variety of polymer materials have been widely used in people’s production and life. The function of polymer materials and its infiltration, adsorption and other surface properties are closely related. In order to obtain higher performance polymer materials, people have developed a variety of surface modification technologies for polymer materials, one of the most promising is the low-temperature plasma processing technology. This paper mainly introduces the principles, methods and main influencing factors of surface modification of polymer materials by low temperature plasma. The emphasis is put on the timeliness of low temperature plasma treatment and the future prospect of low temperature plasma on the surface hydrophilicity of materials.
