重编程调节因子RoR(regulator of reprogramming)是一类最近被鉴别出来的长非编码RNA。
Reprogramming regulator RoR (regulator of reprogramming) is a recently identified long non-coding RNA. Studies have shown that long non-coding RNA RoR not only plays an important role in the reprogramming of pluripotent stem cells, but also has a significant impact on the occurrence and development of major diseases such as cancer. Now around the long non-coding RNA RoR research results in recent years, summed up its role in liver cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer cells such as growth, proliferation, invasion, metastasis and treatment resistance At the same time, the negative regulatory effect of long non-coding RNA RoR on p53 tumor suppressor gene was summarized. These indicate that the long non-coding RNA RoR is an oncogenic factor that may serve as a target for cancer therapy.
