丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路是真核细胞介导细胞外信号到细胞内反应的重要信号转导系统,调节着机体细胞的生长、分化、分裂、死亡以及细胞间的功能同步化等多种过程。综述近年来MAPK信号通路的研究进展,并重点论述MAPK信号通路与妇科肿瘤细胞癌变和转移的关系及其分子机制,以及MAPK抑制剂在妇科肿瘤防治方面的临床应用前景。
Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway is an important signal transduction system of eukaryotic cells that mediate the extracellular signal to intracellular response and regulates the growth, differentiation, division, death and cell-cell function synchronization A variety of processes. The progress of MAPK signaling pathway in recent years is reviewed. The relationship between MAPK signaling pathway and carcinogenesis and metastasis of gynecologic tumor cells and their molecular mechanisms are also reviewed. The clinical application of MAPK inhibitors in the prevention and treatment of gynecologic oncology is also discussed.
