中国人最关心:全球“500强”企业是如何获得“财富”的?中国企业与500强真正的差距在于企业的竞争能力,而不是在规模上。中国企业要重视企业文化建设,因为企业的文化竞争是现代企业竞争的高级方式。中国企业的管理应“以人为中心”,要明白企业的“财富”源于企业的人力资源。中国企业要通过技术进步来开拓企业的视野,走科技创新之路。同时,中国企业还要唤起企业每个成员潜在的“企业家精神”
Chinese people are most concerned about: how the global “top 500” enterprises get their “fortune”? The real gap between Chinese and top 500 enterprises lies in the competitiveness of enterprises, not in scale. Chinese enterprises should pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture because the cultural competition of enterprises is the advanced way of competition of modern enterprises. The management of Chinese enterprises should be “people-centered”, to understand that the “wealth” of an enterprise stems from the human resources of an enterprise. Chinese enterprises through technological progress to open up the horizons of enterprises, take the road of technological innovation. In the meantime, Chinese enterprises should also arouse the potential “entrepreneurial spirit” of each member of the enterprise
