机关作风最能反映一个单位、一个地方的精神面貌,直接关系到一个单位、一个地方工作的成效和事业的发展,关系到广大人民群众对党和政府工作的满意程度。近两年来,天峨县从实际出发,提出转变机关工作作风的新思路,引入市场竞争机制,建立机关“一岗三责”制,规范行政行为,提高行政效率,从根本上转变了机关工作作风,推动了天峨县各项事业的发展。切块分组,实行首席问责制天峨县委、县政府将全县工作分成16大块,县四家班子领导相应地分为15个组实行专人负责制,并对每个组的工作内容和责任作了明确规定,每个组的组长分别由县委副书记、常委和副县长以及人大、政协班子成员担任,同时加强横向之间的沟通和协调,凡涉及到块与块之间的问题时,通过县主要领导召开相关小组组长联席会议解决,防止出现工作的断裂和断层。
