近读《史记》,深为司马迁阐述的刘邦用人之道所折服。在秦末政坛上,刘邦是沛县(今江苏沛县)职位很低的泗水亭长。然而,就是这个无名小吏,在群雄逐鹿特别是楚汉战争的沙场上夺得了王冠并建立起西汉王朝。刘邦马上得天下的原因固然很多,但他善于用人,不能不说是一个重要的原因。据《史记》卷八《高祖本纪》记载:刘邦坐天下以后,曾在宫中设宴,与群臣讨论楚汉战争中“吾所以有天下者何?项氏之所以失天 The recent reading of ”Historical Records“ deeply impressed by Sima Qian’s description of Liu Bang’s way of employing people. In the political arena of the late Qin Dynasty, Liu Bang was the director of the Youshui Pavilion with a very low position in Pei County (now Pei County, Jiangsu Province). However, it was this nameless little man who won the crown and set up the Western Han Dynasty on the battlefield of the deuce, especially the Chu-Han War. There are many reasons for Liu Bang’s immediate success in the world, but he is good at employing people and cannot but say that it is an important reason. According to ”Historical Records“ volume eight, ”The Record of the High Patriarchs“: After Liu Bang sat in the world, he had a banquet in the palace and discussed with the ministers in the Chu-Han War. ”Why is there anybody in the world?
