柠檬酸镀金溶液中SiC与WC微粒的表面电荷密度很小,在Au-SiC与Au-WC复合镀层形成过程中,电极与溶液界面间电场的作用,对于固体微粒与金属的共沉积影响不大。实验证明Guglielmi的两步吸附模型适用于上述两种体系。本文进一步明确Guglielmi公式中各参量的物理意义。通过电扬对微粒强吸附影响的参量B的分析讨论,可以看出微粒荷电状态的决定性作用。由参量B符号和大小的变化,可将电化学机理和力学机理两种对立观点统一起来。
The surface charge density of SiC and WC particles in the citric acid gold plating solution is very small. During the formation of the Au-SiC and Au-WC composite coatings, the effect of the electric field between the electrode and the solution interface has little effect on the co-deposition of the solid particles and the metal . Experiments show Guglielmi’s two-step adsorption model is suitable for both systems. This article further clarifies the physical meaning of each parameter in Guglielmi’s formula. Through the analysis and discussion of the parameter B which is influenced by the strong adsorption of the particles by the electrothermal Young’s, it can be seen that the state of charge of the particles is decisive. By the change of the symbol B and the size of the parameter B, the two opposing views of the electrochemical mechanism and the mechanics mechanism can be unified.
