作者从1983年起,共系统观察隐匿性抑郁症42例,其中6例以慢性风湿样关节痛为突出症状,长期误诊为风湿性关节炎,久治无效。确诊后,经三环抗抑郁剂治疗取得戏剧性效果。一般资料:本组6例中女性5例,男性1例,年龄23～38岁,平均30.1岁。职业:农民3例,工人2例,小学教师1例。病程
From 1983 onwards, a total of 42 cases of occult depression were systematically observed. Among them, 6 cases were characterized by chronic rheumatoid arthritis pain. Long-term misdiagnosis as rheumatoid arthritis, long treatment ineffective. After diagnosis, the tricyclic antidepressant treatment achieved dramatic results.
