目的探讨玉竹提取物A(EA-PAOA)对免疫功能的影响及其作用机制。方法以体外观察小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化和IL-2产生为指标。结果玉竹提取物A对Con-A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化的IP(inhibitory percentage)以1μg/mL计量的抑制作用相对为高,达66.1%(P<0.01),对非Con-A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞自然转化,小剂量没有抑制作用,但二者均呈量效关系;对小鼠脾淋巴细胞经Con-A诱导和去除Con-A及玉竹提取物A两种IL-2产生的抑制作用都以10μg/mL的计量为最高,IP分别达41.5%和26.9%,P均<0.01。结论玉竹提取物A对免疫功能起抑制作用,抑制IL-2的产生是其机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of Polygonatum odoratum A (EA-PAOA) on immune function and its mechanism of action. Methods To observe the spleen lymphocyte transformation and IL-2 production in mice as an indicator. Results The inhibitory effect of Polygonatum odoratum extract A on the inhibitory percentage of the conversion of Con-A-induced mouse spleen lymphocytes at 1 μg/mL was relatively high, reaching 66.1% (P<0.01), not for Con-A. Induced spleen lymphocyte natural transformation in mice did not inhibit the effect of small doses, but both dose-effect relationship; the mouse spleen lymphocytes induced by Con-A and removal of Con-A and Yuzhu extract A two IL The inhibitory effect of -2 was the highest at a dose of 10 μg/mL, with an IP of 41.5% and 26.9%, respectively, P<0.01. Conclusion Polygonatum odoratum extract A can inhibit the immune function, and inhibition of IL-2 production is one of the mechanisms.
