本文认为 ,美国小企业发展的基本经验体现在企业发展与管理、融资投资、获得政府购置合同、促进小企业的进出口贸易、其他支持计划等方面。其对加快我国中小企业发展的启示是 :( 1)转变观念 ,确立中小企业发展战略 ;( 2 )发挥政府对经济的调节功能 ,改善中小企业经营环境 ;( 3)调动社会各方力量 ,完善社会化服务体系 ;( 4)以加快创新为核心 ,着力提高中小企业素质 ;( 5)提高企业家素质 This article argues that the basic experience of the development of small-sized businesses in the United States is embodied in such aspects as enterprise development and management, financing investment, obtaining government procurement contracts, promoting small-and medium-sized enterprises' import and export trade, and other support plans. Its enlightenment on accelerating the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises is: (1) changing concepts and establishing a strategy for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; (2) giving play to the regulatory function of the government on the economy and improving the business environment for SMEs; (3) mobilizing all sectors of society to improve Social service system; (4) to speed up innovation as the core, efforts to improve the quality of SMEs; (5) to improve the quality of entrepreneurs
