目的 观察牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素急性肺损伤时胶原纤维表达的影响。方法 静脉注射内毒素(LPS)1.5mg/kg、腹腔注射 D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)100mg/kg造成内毒素休克模型,用牛珀至宝微丸和 AG作对照干预处理,VanGieson 法染色检测胶原纤维在肺组织内的表达。结果 内毒素造成严重的急性肺损伤,肺组织胶原纤维染色显著增强;牛珀至宝微丸能减轻肺损伤,肺组织胶原纤维染色明显减弱。结论 牛珀至宝微丸能减轻内毒素急性肺损伤和纤维化,可能有治疗急性肺损伤纤维化的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Niupo Zhibao Pellet on the expression of collagen fibers in acute lung injury induced by endotoxin. Methods Endotoxin shock model was induced by intravenous injection of endotoxin (LPS) 1.5 mg/kg and intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine (D-GalN) 100 mg/kg. The control was treated with Niupo Zhibao Pellets and AG as controls, and VanGieson staining was used for detection. The expression of collagen fibers in lung tissue. Results Endotoxin caused severe acute lung injury. Collagen fiber staining in lung tissue was significantly enhanced. Niupo Zhibao Pellet reduced lung injury. Collagen fiber staining in lung tissue was significantly reduced. Conclusion Niupo Zhibao Pellet can relieve endotoxin acute lung injury and fibrosis, and may have the effect of treating fibrosis of acute lung injury.
