采用改良兔脑粉的方法建立了弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的模型,并与单纯兔脑粉浸出液DIC模型进行对比分析,以确立本实验室最佳DIC模型的方法。采用家兔18只随机分为3组:A组为兔脑浸出液组,B组为兔脑粉浸出液+氨基乙酸组;C组为生理盐水对照组。分别以注射前和注射后20min、40min、60min采血,测定凝血酶时间(PT)、血小板计数(PLT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量和血浆鱼精蛋白副凝固(3P)实验为观察指标,并做统计学处理,分别于相应时段观察肠系膜微循环血流状态。结果:A组和B组PT进行性延长、PLT进行性下降、FIB进行性降低,3P实验由阴性转为阳性,且B组变化更明显且持续时间长,C组血液指标无明显变化。
The model of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) was established by modified rabbit brain powder and compared with DIC model of simple rabbit brain leachate to establish the best DIC model in our laboratory. Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A was rabbit brain leachate group, group B was rabbit brain powder leachate + glycine group; group C was saline control group. The blood samples were collected before injection and 20min, 40min and 60min after injection, respectively. PT, PLT, fibrinogen (FIB) and protoporphyrin (3P) And do statistical analysis, respectively, in the corresponding period observation mesenteric microcirculation blood flow state. Results: PT was prolonged in group A and group B, the progressive decline of PLT, the progressive decline of FIB, the change of 3P from negative to positive, and the change of group B were more obvious and longer lasting. There was no significant change in group C.
