目的:研究二甲磺酸乙烷(EDS)注射对大鼠精囊不同组织结构体积的影响。方法:27只约90日龄雄性SD大鼠随机分成2组,对照组(n=14)一次性腹腔内注射生理盐水,EDS组(n=13)一次性腹腔内注射EDS75 mg/kg体重;7 d和12 d后取一侧精囊,制作甲基丙烯酸树脂包埋切片,用体视学方法估计精囊内各种结构的总体积。结果:EDS几乎完全破坏睾丸内的Leydig细胞,导致急剧睾酮缺乏。与7 d对照组(n=7)相比,7 d EDS组(n=6)精囊(包括附着在精囊上的凝固腺)的体积减少53%[(138.2±12.9)mm3vs(64.9±3.6)mm3,P<0.05],但该体积在7 d EDS组和12 d EDS组(n=7)之间无显著差异[(64.9±3.6)mm3vs(55.4±7.7)mm3,P>0.05]。与12 d对照组(n=7)相比,12 d EDS组腺腔、腺上皮、平滑肌层和外膜的总体积分别显著减少97%、80%、58%和67%。结论:EDS处理导致大鼠精囊腺腔、腺上皮、平滑肌层和外膜结构的严重萎缩。
Objective: To study the effect of EDS injection on the volume and structure of rat seminal vesicles. METHODS: Twenty-seven male Sprague-Dawley rats aged about 90 days were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 14) received intraperitoneal injection of normal saline. EDS group (n = 13) received intraperitoneal injection of EDS 75 mg / Seminal vesicles were taken 7 d and 12 d later, and embedded in methacrylic resin. The total volume of various structures in seminal vesicles was estimated by stereological methods. Results: EDS almost completely destroyed Leydig cells in the testes, resulting in a sharp testosterone deficiency. The volume reduction of the seminal vesicle (including the coagulation gland attached to the seminal vesicle) in the 7-day EDS group (n = 6) was 53% [(138.2 ± 12.9) mm3 vs (64.9 ± 3.6) mm3, P <0.05]. However, there was no significant difference in the volume between the 7-day EDS group and the 12-day EDS group (n = 7) (64.9 ± 3.6 mm3 vs 55.4 ± 7.7 mm3, P> 0.05). Compared with the 12-day control group (n = 7), the total volume of glandular epithelium, smooth muscle layer and adventitia of the 12-day EDS group were significantly reduced by 97%, 80%, 58% and 67%, respectively. Conclusion: EDS treatment resulted in severe atrophy of rat seminal vesicles, glandular epithelium, smooth muscle layer and adventitia.
